Document Scanning

All modules support document scanning and attachments. This is typically used to store scanned AP invoices, vendor contracts, customer purchase orders, and other documents.

Recommended Scanners

• We strongly recommend using Twain Direct Scanners for easy setup on your network with no driver install required.  These scanners include old style Twain drivers for backward compatibility. Twain Direct is the next generation image acquisition technology and is available today with Executive Series.
  • Xerox D35wn Scanner (45 PPM) WiFi
  • Xerox N60w Pro Scanner (65 PPM) WiFi
  • Xerox D70n Scanner (90 PPM)
  • Xerox W130 with Imprinter (135 PPM)
• TWAIN scanners (requires drivers to be installed but will be an eventual phase out of support):
  • Kodak Alaris  Scanmate i940 (20 PPM) is a low volume scanner for occasional scanning and includes excellent TWAIN drivers but does not include TWAIN Direct support.  All Kodak Alaris scanners typically include excellent TWAIN drivers, but none currently have the new TWAIN DIRECT support.
